World Poker Tour (R) Comes To Los Angeles For Three Tournaments at Commerce Casino.
WHAT:
WPT's Million Dollar LA Poker Classic Takes Center Stage.
The WORLD POKER TOUR (R) (WPT) brings its riveting brand of poker to Commerce Casino with three tournaments in February and March!
Plus the annual media tournament that gives members of the media a shot at playing in the WPT Celebrity Invitational!
WHEN:
- Saturday, Feb. 23, 2:30-6:00 p.m. LA Poker Classic, Tournament play begins at 3:30 p.m.
Registration and early rounds of World Poker Tour No Limit Texas Hold 'Em Event-LA Poker Classic. Will showcase an estimated
500-750 top pros and talented amateurs vying for a $7+ million prize pool. Last year's top prize winner Eric Hershler
of Los Angeles went home with $2,429,970.
- Thursday, Feb. 28, Play begins at 5 p.m. LA Poker Classic Final Table
Final Table for LA Poker Classic. Down to the six "survivors." Cut-throat poker for millions of dollars.
- Saturday, March 1, 5:00 p.m. - 12:00a.m.. WPT Invitational (Tournament play begins at 7 pm)
Media and celebrity reception for WPT Invitational, followed by tournament with more than 50 celebrities competing against top
poker pros. Celebs from previous years have included James Woods, Ray Romano, Jason Alexander, Mimi Rogers, Paris Hilton,
